Mr. Surinder Shanker Anand is CTO of Strategic Blocks and responsible of IT enablement. In all, Mr. Anand has over 35 years of experience in the IT, primarily in Software Delivery, Project Management, Analysis/Design and rest of the phases of SDLC. Before Strategic Blocks, Mr. Anand has worked at onsite with American Express (TX, USA), Nekema Inc (NJ, USA), Premier Inc (NC, USA), Syntel Inc (MI, USA), Spectra Computech Pvt. Ltd. (Chandigarh, India), Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd (Mohali, India) and Semiconductor Complex Ltd (Mohali, India); and successfully managed Global, onsite/offsite and onsite/offshore and offshore IT projects. Mr. Anand is Masters in Economics from Panjab University, Chandigarh, with Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management.
