At Strategic Block, Mr. Kaushik is heading multiple departments such as Accounts & Operations, Marketing & Sales. Mr. Kaushik has played a key role in the streamlining the BPO operations and optimizing the delivery process. Prior to Startegic Blocks, Mr. Kaushik was consultant to many private corporate and institutions. Mr. Kaushik is postgraduate diploma in Business Management.
